Congratulations to Kate Petersen, ’20, and James Dinneen, ’22, for being named Energy Journalism Fellows by the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University. Designed to give journalists opportunities to learn about the global energy sector, including its intersections with electricity and gas markets, climate change, technology, regulation, and geopolitics, the fellowship offers a four-day crash course led by some of the world’s preeminent energy experts. More information about the fellowship is available here.

Kate Petersen, a climate fact check reporter at USA Today, and James Dinneen, an environment reporter at New Scientist, will join a 2024 fellowship cohort that hails from a broad array of science and news publications, including Al Jazeera, Bloomberg News, Foreign Policy, and Inside Climate News. This year’s fellowship will convene from June 11 through June 14. Congratulations, Kate and James.
