Zahra Hirji is a climate reporter at Bloomberg Green. Previously, Zahra was a senior science reporter at BuzzFeed News and staff writer at Inside Climate News, where she covered natural gas drilling, fossil fuel divestment, renewable energy policy, and climate science, among other issues. Her writing has been featured in the Brown Alumni Magazine, Wired‘s Eruptions blog, Discovery News, and EARTH magazine, among other publications. She also has a degree in geology from Brown University.
